Class Information:

ABSblast: An intense 30minute workout targeting every inch of your abdominal muscles – designed for all fitness levels this class combines a series of dynamic and effective exercises to strengthen and tone your abs.

Bodyworx: Classic circuits style class using functional and cardiovascular movements.
Bodyburn: Fitness class designed to get the best out of your bodies. This is a fun complete-body workout in a relaxed studio environment.

Bootyburn: A high-intensity, low-impact workout that will burn and build your booty. With a concentrated focus on the lower body and core, BootyBurn integrates and streamlines everyday squats, lunges, and jumping jacks into a high-impact, high-energy fitness routine.

Boxing: a high intensity boxing circuit with pads and bags, conditioning the body and building strength and technique.

Chrisfit: Wonka’s creative stlye of circuit class incorporates lots of bodyweight and core exercises with very little rest.

Endure: Push your limits and discover your potential with Endure. This full body workout is designed to challenge your stamina, strength and mental toughness.

Fast Blast: A 30 minute blast using funcitonal & cardio based exercises to push you in a short space of time.

Fitkids: A class designed for ages 5-12 to aid with mobility, balance and to exert some of that young energy! Parents can leave the room for a Basecamp coffee or to use the gym.
Functional Fit: Varied workouts that include compound exercises and multi-joint movements carried out with resistance or a high speed for set times.

Metcon: Short for metabolic conditioning, a metcon describes a type of workout that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning.

Mum&Baby: Whether you are new to training, or returning having had your baby, our class is designed to keep mothers fit and healthy, offering a range of exercises to suit your fitness, strength and weight loss goals. All while your baby rests or plays beside you in the safety of our studio.

POWER: Expect to tackle a variety of powerful drills, including weightlifting, plyometrics and functional training all aimed at building muscle, boosting endurance and enhancing athletic performance.

Runclub: Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out – Expect a blend of light jogs, interval training and long distance runs all with the encouragement and camaraderie of fellow gym members and instructors.

RAWfit: Carl’s military background will push you to workout harder and burn more calories than you’d think possible.

Spin: A ‘fun’, high intensity cycling workout choreographed to music.

Spin&Abs: Perfect for all fitness levels – spin & abs is the ultimate combo class to help you sweat, sculpt and feel amazing.

Strength&Conditioning: 60minute powerhouse workout is designed to enhance overall fitness. Including weightlifting, bodyweight exercises and HIIT to build strength and improve endurance to boost metabolic rate.

Team Resilience: Together youll tackle high intensity interval training, strength training and endurance workouts as a team to push you to achieve more than you ever could alone.

Upper Bodyburn: Dedicated to sculpting and toning your arms, shoulders, chest and back through a series of intense high-repetition exercises.

Warrior: Our most popular circuit class, be prepared to walk out very sweaty. Timings and class layout will always change, but the intensity will remain high. Warrior classes are high energy, fast-paced and involve moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.

Weights Workshop: A strength training class for every level. We’ll build lean muscle as we target all major muscle groups using barbell and free wight exercises. An ideal way to build confidence in the gym using a range of equipment.

Yoga: Focusing on breath-work, movement and mindfulness with an emphasis on mobility our yoga expert Emily will inspire you and help you to feel strong, grounded and balanced. This class will soon make you realise yoga is a key exercise to promote wellbeing.
