Meeting at K2 and locations nearby for varied runs that cater to all levels. Expect a blend of light jogs, interval training, long distance and trail runs. All with the encouragement and camaraderie of fellow gym members and instructors.
With a guaranteed 5 RUNclub sessions per week, we notify everyone via a WhatsApp group chat of any additional AD HOC runs alongside those permanently on the timetable. The AD HOC run sessions will vary in times and locations depending on instructors availability and weather on the day. However, we run – whatever the weather!
