Please be courteous and respectful to others to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Return all weights and equipment to their racks after use.

Handle weights with care – Do not drop them on the floor.

Always bring and use a towel to wipe down equipment after use.

For hygiene reasons, shirts must be worn at all times.

Appropriate footwear must be worn
(No work boots, slides, or Crocs).

Members are responsible for their own belongings;
K2GYM is not liable for loss or damage.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is strictly prohibited throughout the facility.

Classes must be booked in advance and may only be attended if included in your membership.


K2GYM YOUTH RULES

BEFORE 5:30PM
12 & 13 Year-olds can come in the gym to train with parents,
ONLY within the Functional Area and Cardio Machines.
(Not Allowed in the Weights Area)

AFTER 5:30PM
14 & 15 Year-olds can come in the gym ONLY with a parent at a 1:1 ratio.
(also applies on weekends)

NO under 12’s allowed in the gym.
Unless in a pram / car seat, or attending a kid’s class taken by a K2GYM member of staff.

NO under 14’s allowed to participate in classes, other than those provided for children.
